Sad but true. Not going to be good for the oyster reefs in all that fresh water to the east. :(

Go backwards on the site by clicking on Northern Gulf of Mexico OFS at the top of the page and then pick Sabine-Neches or Calcasieu, and then scroll down to Salinity Nowcast. Sabine is completely dark purple as is the upper half of Calcasieu

I think Galveston is worse than that model shows it to be, ... I mean yeah, trinity is purple but I think upper G Bay probably should be too.

I was surprised I watched the salinity numbers in Aransas pass and they held up pretty well. There was several reports that the fish were caught on the edge of the flats though.
