I still don't understand. If I select Board Index I see Three topics about the board, about a dozen about fishing, and then three about advertising. I see a topic about North Texas Bass fishing. I feel like I'm not looking in the right place...

Access isn't automatic. You have to request access from the admins.
There's not a whole lot of activity in the group.

I've searched every inch of this board, emailed the admins, and am replying to this post one last time. Can anyone verify for me if the Southeast Texas board is still available one way or another? Thanks.

I still see a post on it from time to time. Last one was from murraycamp on June 2 about Bessie heights.
Sometimes it takes the admins a while to let you in there. It's fishing season, lol.
