I have notice more than usually dolphin activity in the Aransas Pass area bay systems. I have always heard that when flippers are present the fish catching goes dead. I do not believe that one bit. I have been catching with the dolphins 50 feet away. last week I caught a lot of undersized trout and as I released them I was feeding the dolphins so to speak. They were on top of them just that quick. I paddled away so as not to feed them.
Another personal observations the other day I hooked up to my 1st red of the afternoon, a 20" red that was released Had a long shanked hook embedded in its stomach with the shank sticking out of its stomach opening. Obviously did not slow its feeding down one bit.
Any observations you can add to this post?

Re: My observations
Normally that means there's a huge school of fish near by I've experienced the same thing.
