im new to the kayak fishing. Just got a new Tarpon 120. Ive already put a few accessories on it. The next thing i want on it is a fish finder. I dont want a real expensive one but want one that i can depend on.. any suggestions????

I am a big fan of the Lowrance 4 Series.
Right now I have the black ad White combo cause I got a great deal on it at Academy. ($160)
Lowrance Elite 4X Combo (color version) I think is ideal for a kayak. ($199 right now after $100 mail in rebate) You can always go with the DSI version. I had one on my PA that was not a GPS combo and it was great but the PRo Angler had a place to mount the scupper. I hear the DSI does not shoot through the hull well, but I know the regular one does.

Spend a little extra and get one with gps. It will be well worth the $$$$
