I knew that was going to come up. Here is the picture of the day's catch.

In case you can't see it. It is a tiny shrimp that found its way into my kayak. I'm beginning to think that Cyberyakker is bad luck, or I just can't catch fish.

I told you to claim we went on a test paddle, not fishing trip. That would have avoided the question.

If catching fish is the issue, we could have used our landing nets. They were that close. and yet nary a bite was had by either of us.

We launched on Old River Bayou which leads to Old River Cove on the North end of Sabine Lake. It is off of Old Ferry Rd. in Bridge City.

Thought that background was real familar, soon as i get my kayak i'll let you know maybe i can make a trip . fished there 2 weeks ago wading in Hickory Cove tails a waggin but would not bite
