Surfside Surf 5/28

So tomorrow is my last day at the current job (laid off twice in 1 yr time) and I'm getting married next Friday. So, I got permission from the better half to take off tomorrow after work and hit the surf to see how the water is. Should be down there right around 1:30 - 2. If anybody's heading down l...

Re: Dove Hunt - Houston/Katy Hockley Area

may try Flying Feathers and see if they have any day hunts. They are based out of Winnie, not exatly where you are looking. Weather is not looking real good for this weekend. I am going to dosome bird and hog hunting myself this weekend. Think I amgoing to stay wet most of the weekend. http://www.f...

Dove Hunt - Houston/Katy Hockley Area

Have a buddy come in from S. TX for the weekend. (yes I know it's weird that he's leaving there to visit College Station then Houston, but he needs out of the Valley for a while).

Need a reasonably priced $50-80 dove day lease for Saturday afternoon.

Any ideas/recommendations?

Great shots!

I'm assuming you went on Saturday? Are shots 36-43 of the horse who broke it's leg? Shot 43 looks like the shot where it happened...

You were in section 122-124ish if I'm correct?

Re: PAC

How long have you been on the PAC committee? I would donate some of our chickens to a TKF BBQ. We buy a lot of them. My wife has been on the PAC committee for eight years and my daughter is a rookie this year. Last year we had to buy a new freezer on the way home from Glaziers so we would have room...

HLSR - Poultry Auction/TKF Gathering Idea

Stubb recommended I post this topic in the Saltwater arena and not just Off Topic... I'm a member of the Poultry Auction Committee with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and I'm collecting money to be given as scholarships to the student exhibitors after the auction. We not only accept pure cash ...

Great response w/the maps!

It's a little embarrassing (and a little off-topic) to ask this question but what do the smaller numbers; 1 1/2, 2, 5, 6, etc stand for in the second pic?

I've searched for the answer all over the place to no avail and I even have one of the Hot Spot maps...

Car Rack

Merry Christmas everybody! Santa brought me a new Yakima rack for my CR-V and unfortunately forgot the Might Mounts so I can't mount the final parts (saddles) I got the Mako Saddles and Hully Rollers and after reading some reviews I've heard a lot about the Malone Sea Wings and how good they are. So...
