I haven't fished for over a year and am looking to get back into it again. Do they still allow wading near the Galveston/Bolivar ferry landing? I remember at one point they closed off the wading area on the Galveston side due to construction.
Anyone try there recently?

Fixing plastics with bent tails?
I have some plastics that have been (jammed ) in the lure box too long, which resulted in bent tails. Any way to fix these?
What's helped me LAND more flounder is this - when wading, and you have the flounder about one rod's length in front of you .. if you can't net the fish yet, then use the rod and guide the fish around you in circles. Try to keep the fish in a horizontal position as much as you can. My personal exper...
