You better have the rod tethered, some of the fish I had encountered would break the PVC. May I suggest you shorten this setup so its closer to the hull. If it were me, I would request a jury trial. I believe it is that worthless Judge Trevino that is doing this. Just today he okayed golf and tennis at private clubs only.
