Well, we haven't had a shindig in a while and ain't none of us getting any younger.

Being a loyal state employee for TPWD, I'm booked solid for every Saturday until August.

So, could we all find a way to get together for a mudbug boil or something about then, before the bugs go out of season?

It would definitely be fun to have a reunion in AP or Rockport in the Fall... 13 years since the board was re-launched... How many years before that? It has to be 16 or so now...

Well, lake O.C. Fisher at San Angelo State Park is running about 30' deep... While there hasn't been any catfish or bass stocked in it yet, there are some big gar and big cats that washed down the river during the last 3 floods.... I could get us the pavilion one Saturday, we could launch right down...

I have a buddy that is going to start with fisheries in Corpus on November 1st.

He hasn't sold his house here in San Angelo yet. He'll need some temporary living arrangements for a month or two down there.

September is kind of busy and October weekends are booked with hunts and events at the parked. BUT, I'm usually off Sundays and Mondays and can get a Tuesday or Wednesday ...
