There are Sea Snakes they just aren't native. The colors aren't what I thought I saw though the lights in the water in the wee hours.. but yeah. Nueces Bay was fine Friday to Yesterday...and yes there was a good amount of badly needed Rain for sure.

Those are some great looking fish and there is no other way to get more fight out of them than fly fishing.
I have got to get out and see if I have the arm for it anymore.
