You have serial numbers? Saw a kingfisher in the back of a white dodge today coming to work. We were in Deerpark. I know where the owner of the truck works.

I like lake sheldon. Quiet lake. Has pretty decent fishing. And you even have a few friends that will keep a eye on ya from a distance. I cant say the water quality since the floods but its always been nice to get out. Plus I usally restock my tackle box from all the hang ups near the pier

I have launched there countless times as well as planted sea grass there with Galveston Bay Foundation. Easiest to launch would be the far end. It also helps protect the sea grass in that area. The hill climb up with a yak is a challenge but if you have a friend. Put the yak on the dolly and you hol...

Ocean kayak vs Wilderness systems
So the wife and I are getting new yaks!!!
We have paddled both the trident 13 and tarpon 140. We liked both. The tident had the rod pod and will take a while to get use to.
So
Tarpon 140 vs Trident 13
Any thoughts about them both? Cost isnt a issue.

Dont run red/green. Boats will think you are a boat and will think you can advoid them. Just run "anchor light" aka 360 light

Kids in kayaks
My oldest is six and has a birthday coming up. He is in cub scouts and loves fishing and outdoors. Is he too young for his own kayak? I was thinking of a frenzy or similar.
Any thoughts?
